2. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receipt without stating any reasons. To initiate a return, please contact us by email at info@nolue.de within this period.

For the return to be accepted, the item must be:

• in its original condition (unworn, unused, undamaged),
• include all original tags and the undamaged original packaging,
• and be sent with a proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Important: The return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer. Please do not send back any items without prior return confirmation – such shipments cannot be processed.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are:

• personalized or custom-made jewelry,
• reduced items,
• digital products such as vouchers.

After successful inspection of your return, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If no refund has been made after 15 business days, please contact us again.

3. Shipping Conditions for Nolue

Shipping Costs:

Signature Collection
All jewelry pieces from the Signature Collection are immediately available and are shipped directly from our warehouse in Germany.

• Delivery time: 1–3 business days
• Shipping costs within Germany: free for orders over €80
• Shipping costs within Europe: €3.99

Atelier Collection
Jewelry pieces from the Atelier Collection are custom-made after the order is placed and then shipped.

• Standard ShippingDelivery time: 6–12 business daysShipping costs: €2.99
• Priority ShippingDelivery time: 3–7 business daysShipping costs: €11.99

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Processing time: Your order is usually processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping provider: Selection is based on the supplier structure.

International shipping: Worldwide shipping possible. Costs and times vary depending on the destination country.

Tracking: Shipping with tracking. Tracking number via email.

Note: No self-pickup possible.
